TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions: Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking travel through Passport Princess, LLC. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are advised not to book services. By submitting your registration form and payment to Passport Princess, LLC, you are authorizing that you fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Reservations: Pursuant to TSA Secure Flight Program requirements, travelers are required to make reservations in the name that is listed on the government-issued document he or she will use for travel. Travelers must ensure their names are correctly listed on invoices and travel package documents. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for any applicable name change fees.
Prices: Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares, aircraft availability, hotel rates and room availability, tour prices, and availability, ticket prices for events, vehicle type, and transfer availability continually fluctuate and add applicable surcharges, package prices, and availability will change accordingly. In the event of computer or human error, we reserve the right to re-invoice the customer for the correct price or service.
Communication: Passport Princess, LLC will contact all travelers via email after deposit/payments are submitted. If email communication is not available, a letter will be mailed to the address on file to communicate to travelers. Final travel documents will be sent 14-21 days before departure. All communication to Passport Princess, LLC will be returned within 24 hours. Upon arrival at your destination, Passport Princess will be available to answer questions and concerns on arrival day and departure.
Deposits and Payments: All payments must be made electronically by debit or credit card. You will receive an email receipt with your new balance and any other pertinent information. Contact Passport Princess, LLC, to inquire about your balance.
Cancellation and Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing (email). Any loss of deposit or payment due to a reduction in room or group size is not transferable to the balance of the room or group. Passport Princess, LLC, at their discretion, reserves the right to cancel any reservations and will remit a full refund to the canceled party. In the event of overbooking, the client will be advised of hotel substitution with the option for a full refund. Clients are also subjected to the fees outlined by the supplier (airline, transportation, hotel, cruise line, excursion, etc.)
Aircraft, Flight Changes and Delays: Participant(s) are subject to the ticket terms, baggage fees, and tariffs of the airlines, which, when issued, shall be the sole contract between the airline and the participant. Passport Princess, LLC is not responsible for flight delays, flight time changes, or flight cancellations.
Hotels and Cruises: Our hotel and cruise ship profiles are based upon information provided by hotel and cruise ship partners and their representatives, including images and descriptions of individual properties. We do our best to maintain current information. However, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, description details, amenities changes, or images provided by third parties.
Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, cruise ships may be chartered, and departure dates canceled, in which case all monies will be refunded in accordance with applicable cruise line policy. We take no responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary changes imposed by a cruise line, and we are not responsible for any losses you may incur, including the issuance and cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees.
Vendor Rules and Restrictions: Additional terms and conditions from our suppliers and vendors will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional Terms and Conditions carefully. In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the supplier, which can be found on the supplier/vendor’s website. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier/vendor's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice.
You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier/vendor's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
Travel Documentation: The traveler is responsible for ensuring that they meet foreign entry requirements and that their travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and compliant. We urge customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments before booking travel to international destinations.
Insurance: Trip cancellation, health, accident, and luggage insurance are highly recommended. Contact Passport Princess, LLC if you are interested in obtaining Trip Insurance.
Media Release: We may take photographs or videos “media” of our trips, and travelers grant us permission to do so and to use this media for promotional or commercial purposes without payment of any compensation to the traveler.
Force Majeure: Passport Princess, LLC, does not assume liability for any loss, damage or injury of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an act of God or any other force majeure condition including without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, flood, explosion, water or power shortages or failures, storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commotions or disturbances and any other acts of similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes, boycotts, picketing, lockouts or other labor disruptions, inability or failure of a third party service provider to provide services and/or products, restraints of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, public enemies, war, invasion, insurrection, national emergency, epidemics, pandemics, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories or warnings or alerts of any kind or nature, government seizures, any laws, rules, proclamations, regulations, orders, declarations, advisories, actions, interruptions or requirements of or interference by any government or governmental agency thereof, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities, any other unforeseen circumstances in any country in the world or any other cause or causes of any similar nature that impacts negatively on or hampers its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions (all of the foregoing being herein referred to as an “Event of Force Majeure”). In the event that any of these conditions apply, Passport Princess, LLC shall be excused, discharged, or released from its advertised travel arrangements and or packages to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind, and Passport Princess, LLC non-performance shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement. In such case, Passport Princess, LLC obligations hereunder shall be extended to the extent of any delay resulting from the Event of Force Majeure, and a full refund will not be granted.
Assumption of Risk: By using Passport Princess's services, you are aware that travel such as that you are undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury, or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects, or flora, the negligence of Trips Travel Agency, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. You are aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse, and/or unpleasant. You are also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which you are participating in the trip. In order to partake in the enjoyment and excitement of this trip, you must be willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of your adventure. You hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury, or death and of the negligence of Passport Princess, LLC, and agree to hold harmless and release Passport Princess, LLC from claims of third-party negligence. You understand the physical requirements of the activity in which you will be participating, and you currently have no known physical, medical, or mental condition that would impair your ability to participate in travel or your safety in this activity, and you are willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
Disclaimers: By submitting your registration form and payment to Passport Princess, LLC, You are authorizing that you fully understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document (3 pages). Prices quoted and listed reflect current prices at the time of advertisement and may increase without notice. Passport Princess, LLC shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Passport Princess, LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, pandemic, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories or warnings of any kind, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other action, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent of all provisions stated herein.
